MATT

In a matter of 6 months at the beginning of 2020 Matt’s relationship with his children’s mother ended, meaning he was not able to see his children every day. Matt then lost a close family member. He also lost a high paying union job due to COVID and became homeless. He turned to drugs and alcohol to cope.

Thankfully we caught Matt when he was fighting hard to stay sober but had no job and no home. We were able to direct him to a vocational rehabilitation program. Matt worked at TRM while he completed schooling for his CDL. He completely turned his life around and now has a great apartment for himself and his children, and recently started driving a truck for Waste Management.
